At Groove Gainer, our mission is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund by filling out our refund form. We operate under a “Get Results or Get Refunded” policy. Refunds will be granted in the following cases:

1. Results Not Delivered:
   • If Groove Gainer fails to deliver the promised results outlined in the purchased promotion package after the campaign has concluded.
   • Note: If the promotion requires additional information to start and the Client does not provide this information within 72 hours, the refund policy will not apply, and the responsibility lies solely with the Client.
     
2. Refund Request Within 72 Hours of Purchase:
   
   • Clients may request a refund within 72 hours of placing an order, provided the campaign has not yet started. The refund request must include the order number and a clear reason for the request. Please email your request to help@groovegainer.com.
     
3. Cancellation Policy:
   
   • Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
     
4. Satisfaction Guarantee:
   
   • If you are not satisfied with the results of your campaign, Groove Gainer may offer an additional service free of charge, equivalent to the value of your purchase.
